"The AJ Hackett bungy in Cairns was terrifying and amazing! Standing on the edge took every ounce of courage, but the jump is pure euphoria. Did the giant swing after - also insane! Staff were professional and fun. The video package is worth it to relive the moment!"

"Bridge Climb was outstanding! Not as scary as I expected - you're harnessed the whole time. The 360° views from the top are unreal - Opera House, harbour, city. Our climb leader was knowledgeable and entertaining. Sunset climb timing was perfect. Bucket list item checked!"

Yes, when done with licensed operators. Australian skydiving operators have excellent safety records and are regulated by the Australian Parachute Federation. All tandem jumps are with highly experienced instructors (1000+ jumps minimum). Equipment is meticulously maintained. Statistically, driving to the dropzone is riskier than the jump itself!
Skydiving: Min 12 years (parent consent under 18), max weight typically 95-110kg depending on operator. Bungee: Min 10-13 years (varies), min weight 45kg, max 120kg. Bridge Climb: Min 8 years. Limits exist for safety - equipment ratings and physics of the activities.
Surprisingly, yes! Many people with fear of heights skydive successfully. At 15,000ft, you're so high the ground doesn't look "real" - it's more like a map view. The fear of heights typically kicks in when you can see how far down something is (like a tall building). The adrenaline and exhilaration usually override fear once you jump!
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable (strong winds, low clouds, storms), jumps will be postponed or rescheduled. Most operators offer free rescheduling for weather cancellations. Book with flexible dates if possible, especially in areas with changeable weather. Summer (Dec-Feb) generally has most stable conditions.
No! Tandem skydiving, bungy jumping, and most adventure activities require zero experience. You'll receive training and safety briefing before each activity. Instructors/guides handle all technical aspects. Rock climbing and white water rafting have beginner courses specifically designed for first-timers.
Highly recommended! You can't take your own camera/phone (safety regulations), and you'll be too focused on the experience to remember details. Videos capture your reaction and the incredible views. They're professional quality and make amazing souvenirs. Most people regret NOT getting the package. Budget $150-250 extra.
