This ensures everyone receives personal attention from our guides, allows for spontaneous detours, and grants access to locations larger tour buses simply cannot reach. All tours include professional local guides, comfortable air-conditioned transport, entrance fees to all attractions, and relevant equipment. Most full-day tours include lunch or morning tea — check each tour page for specific inclusions. We're committed to transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges on the day.

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for peak season. Key 2026 windows: whale watching tours operate July–November; spring wildlife tours are best September–November; summer coastal tours (Byron Bay, Sunshine Coast) are excellent December–February; Mt Tamborine wine tours are available year-round. 2026 departures are now open to book.

Many of our guided tours are family-friendly for children aged 6 and above. Some adventure tours have minimum age or fitness requirements. Our Byron Bay tour, Sunshine Coast eco tour, and Brisbane cultural tour are particularly popular with families. We also offer private family tours that can be customised for younger children or specific interests — contact us for a tailored quote.

Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before your tour. 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours. We also offer free date transfers subject to availability — useful if your plans change. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or freely rescheduled. We recommend travel insurance for additional protection.

Day tours from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay (from Coolangatta or Byron), and Sunshine Coast (from Noosa or Mooloolaba) — specific pickup details are provided with your booking confirmation.
