FAQ
Our Essential package requires a minimum of 8 guests. Premium requires 10+, and Corporate packages are designed for groups of 15–50+. For smaller groups, our standard wine tours welcome individuals, couples, and groups up to 16.
We recommend 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season (September–November). However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter-notice bookings depending on availability. Get in touch to check dates.
Absolutely. We work with all venues to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergy requirements. Please advise at booking so we can ensure every guest is catered for.
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before your tour. 50% refund for 7–14 days' notice. No refund for less than 7 days' notice. Date changes are subject to availability. See our full terms and conditions.
BYO alcohol is not permitted as all wine and drinks are provided through the wineries visited. However, wines purchased during the tour can be safely transported back in our vehicles — many groups buy a few cases to take home.
Yes. While our group wine tours specialise in Queensland's regions, Cooee Tours also offers wine tours in the Hunter Valley (NSW), Yarra Valley (VIC), Barossa Valley (SA), and Margaret River (WA). Contact us for interstate group pricing.
Group tours include pickup from Gold Coast and Brisbane hotels and locations. Custom pickup points can be arranged for larger groups. We can also accommodate Sunshine Coast departures on request.
