What's included in tour prices?
All Cooee Tours include luxury Mercedes coach transport, expert guide services, entrance fees to all attractions, and refreshments (morning and afternoon tea). Most full-day tours also include a sit-down lunch. Specific inclusions are detailed on each tour page. We believe in transparent pricing — no hidden costs or surprise fees on the day.
Where do tours depart from?
We offer convenient hotel pickups from major Gold Coast hotels in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, and Burleigh Heads. Brisbane CBD hotel pickups are also available for most tours. Specific pickup times and locations are confirmed in your booking email. We also offer a premium door-to-door pickup service for an additional fee on selected tours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. We provide 100% refunds for COVID-19 related cancellations regardless of notice period — including positive tests, mandatory isolation orders, or government travel restrictions. For group and private charter bookings, different terms may apply. Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings.
Are tours suitable for children and seniors?
Most tours welcome all ages. Wine and distillery tours require guests to be 18+ for tastings. Our coaches feature low-step entry with handrails, comfortable reclining seats, and smooth suspension suitable for seniors. Group sizes are small enough for our guides to accommodate individual pace requirements. Contact us before booking to discuss specific accessibility, dietary, or mobility requirements.
How many people are on each tour?
We maintain intimate group sizes — typically 20–35 guests on standard coach tours, with smaller groups on premium and specialty experiences. Private group charters are available for 10 to 100+ passengers across our fleet of various-sized coaches. Contact us at info@cooeetours.com.au for private charter pricing and availability.
What should I bring on tour day?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing in layers, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and any personal medications. Bottled water is provided on the coach throughout the day. A camera or smartphone for memories is essential. For wine and distillery tours, bring photo ID if you appear under 25. Specific packing lists are included in your booking confirmation email.
