Pricing depends on duration, destinations, accommodation standard, activities and group size — larger groups often reduce per-person costs significantly. We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance for most custom tours to secure preferred accommodation and unique experiences. Peak-season trips (December–January, Easter, school holidays) should ideally be booked 4–6 months ahead.
