This 12-day itinerary provides a thorough exploration of Australia,
travelling from Brisbane to Melbourne and encompassing major destinations along the country's east coast.
Arrival in Brisbane (2nd March)
Upon arrival in Brisbane from Warsaw on flight QR898, the group was greeted and transferred to the Grand Chancellor Brisbane hotel as the group prepared for an exciting journey through Australia.
Brisbane to Gold Coast (3rd March)
The day started with a transfer to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at 8:30 AM. Here, the group had the opportunity to interact with koalas and other native wildlife, followed by a light lunch. Afterward, they transferred to the Q1 building on the Gold Coast for stunning views before checking into the Mercure hotel. Enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Gold Coast to Coffs Harbour (4th March)
Our journey began with a departure for Byron Bay, which included a visit to the renowned Cape Byron Lighthouse. Following an exploration of the local beach and a midday meal, we proceeded to Coffs Harbour, concluding the day with our arrival at the Zebra Motel.
Coffs Harbour to Newcastle (5th March)
After departing Coffs Harbour, we made a scenic stop at Forest Sky Pier. After visiting the Solitary Islands Aquarium, we headed south to Newcastle, arriving at Fort Scratchley for the afternoon tour. We checked into the Holiday Inn Express Newcastle.
Newcastle to Hunter Valley (6th March)
The group was transferred to Nelson Bay for the Moonshadow Dolphin Cruise. Following a delightful cruise, they enjoyed some free time for lunch and shopping before participating in a wine and chocolate tasting at Tulloch Wines. We stayed overnight in the Hunter Valley at Harrigan’s Hunter Valley.
Hunter Valley to Sydney (7th March)
The morning was dedicated to visiting Caves Beach, followed by an enjoyable barbecue at Bondi Beach. In the evening, dinner was held at the Adria Bar Restaurant.
Exploring Sydney (8th March)
Our itinerary commences with a guided tour of The Rocks, followed by individual exploration of Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House. Upon conclusion of these activities, we returned to the hotel for dinner.
Sydney to Southern Highlands (9th March)
We left for the Blue Mountains, visiting Echo Point Lookout and the Three Sisters. After lunch in Leura, we checked in at Briars Country Lodge.
Southern Highlands to Canberra (10th March)
Transfer to Canberra for a guided tour of the Australian Parliament and visit the National Gallery of Australia.
Canberra to Albury (11th March)
After breakfast, visit the Canberra Arboretum for a guided Aboriginal tour. Depart for Albury, stopping at Hume Lake, and enjoy dinner at the Mercure Albury hotel.
Albury to Melbourne (12th March)
We left Albury early for Melbourne, arriving around noon. We visited the Royal Botanic Gardens and enjoyed lunch before a guided tour of the Shrine of Remembrance. In the evening, we headed to Phillip Island for the Penguin Parade before returning to Melbourne for the night.
Departure from Melbourne (13th March)
After breakfast, the group had free time to explore Melbourne. At 7:30 p.m., they were transferred to Melbourne Airport for flight QR905 back to Warsaw, concluding the group’s memorable Australian adventure.
