Americas' Greatest Wonders
From the Ancient World to the New — the Americas offer experiences that belong on every Australian traveller's lifetime list.
Grand Canyon
One of Earth's most breathtaking geological spectacles — 446km long, 29km wide and 1.6km deep, carved over 5–6 million years by the Colorado River.
Canadian Rockies
Moraine Lake, Peyto Lake, the Columbia Icefield and the Icefields Parkway — arguably the world's most spectacular mountain road through four national parks.
Machu Picchu
The 15th-century Inca citadel in the clouds — the most recognisable ruin in the Americas and a UNESCO site of extraordinary architectural and historical significance.
Iguazú Falls
Two hundred and seventy-five waterfalls spanning the Argentina-Brazil border — wider than Niagara, taller than Victoria Falls and surrounded by subtropical jungle.
Galápagos Islands
Charles Darwin's living laboratory — giant tortoises, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies and sea lions completely unafraid of humans. The world's greatest wildlife island experience.

One of the few glaciers in the world still advancing. Watch 60-metre ice walls calve thunderously into Lago Argentino from walkways just metres from the face.

Alaska Inside Passage
Cruise through glacially carved fjords watching humpback whales breach, bald eagles circle and calving glaciers thunder into the sea from Southeast Alaska's wilderness.

What Travellers Say
Americas Tour Reviews
From Australian travellers who have explored the Americas with Cooee Tours.
"Standing on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon as the sun set and turned the walls every shade of red, orange and purple was genuinely one of the most emotional moments of my life. The Cooee group was the perfect size — we all became friends by day three."
"Moraine Lake at sunrise is the most beautiful place I have ever been. We were the first bus up the road — completely alone except for our guide. That image of the turquoise water and the snow-capped peaks is burned into my memory forever. Worth every cent."
"Arriving at Machu Picchu in the morning mist, with our guide Ricardo explaining every stone and terrace in context — I understood for the first time why people say this experience changes you. It did. We're already planning the Galápagos for next year."
