A First Aid certificate is highly valued, and multilingual abilities are a significant advantage. Most importantly, you should have a genuine passion for sharing Australia's history, culture, and natural beauty.

Depending on the position, you'll need Medium Rigid (MR), Heavy Rigid (HR), or Heavy Combination (HC) licenses. A clean driving record is essential, and you must be comfortable driving vehicles ranging from luxury sedans to 67-seater coaches. We provide additional training on our specific fleet and routes.

Absolutely! We provide comprehensive training for all new team members, including company policies, safety protocols, customer service standards, and route familiarization. For tour guides, we offer extensive destination knowledge training. We also provide ongoing professional development opportunities throughout your career with us.

Working hours vary depending on tour schedules and can include early starts, evening finishes, weekends, and public holidays. Multi-day tours may require overnight stays. We operate 7 days a week to meet customer demand, but we ensure fair rostering and adequate rest periods. Full-time positions typically involve 38-45 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
