Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have designated wheelchair-accessible vehicles equipped with ramps or hydraulic lifts and secure tie-down points meeting Australian standards. Do your coaches have on-board restrooms?
Our coaches from 22 seats and above are equipped with on-board restrooms. For all tours — including those on smaller vehicles — we schedule regular comfort stops along the route so you're never far from facilities.
Do vehicles have WiFi and USB charging?
WiFi is available on most minibuses and all larger coaches. USB charging ports are fitted at every seat on our standard coaches and above. If connectivity is important for your group, let us know when booking and we'll ensure you're assigned a WiFi-equipped vehicle.
How do I choose the right vehicle for my group?
Consider your group size, luggage requirements, and journey length. We recommend allowing some extra capacity for comfort, especially on longer tours. Contact us with your group size, destination, and requirements and we'll recommend the best vehicle and provide a quote.
Can I hire a private charter coach?
Absolutely. We offer private charter services for any group size from 7 to 61 passengers. Charters are available for corporate events, weddings, school excursions, community groups, NDIS day programmes, and custom touring itineraries. Contact us for a tailored charter quote.
What safety standards do your vehicles meet?
All vehicles meet or exceed Australian transport safety regulations. Our fleet undergoes regular mechanical inspections, and every vehicle carries first aid equipment and fire extinguishers. All drivers hold current licences, first aid certificates, and undergo regular safety training. We maintain comprehensive public liability and passenger insurance.
Are your vehicles suitable for long-distance touring?
Yes. Our larger coaches are specifically equipped for multi-day touring with restrooms, fridges, entertainment systems, USB charging, generous legroom, and driver rest facilities. These vehicles are perfect for extended multi-day tours across Australia. Our experienced drivers know the best routes and rest stops.
