Pay by direct bank transfer (EFT) with no credit card surcharge. Please allow 1–2 business days for your payment to clear — your booking is not confirmed until funds are received.

Cooee Tours gift vouchers can be used to pay for any tour booking in full or in part. Enter your voucher code at checkout on Rezdy, or quote your voucher code when booking by phone.
If the tour cost exceeds your voucher value, the difference can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Multiple vouchers can be combined on a single booking.

How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Here's what to expect.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement. Bank transfer refunds take 1–3 business days.
How to Request a Refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to bookings@cooeetours.com.au. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your written notice.
Surcharge on Refunds
Credit card surcharges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed on the net tour amount (excluding the surcharge component) in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Credits & Rebooking
Where a full refund does not apply under our cancellation policy, we may offer a travel credit redeemable on any future Cooee Tours booking within 12 months. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Yes. All online payments are processed through Rezdy using 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Cooee Tours never sees or stores your full card number. Rezdy is used by thousands of Australian tour operators and meets the highest industry security standards.
Make your transfer using the BSB, account number, and account name shown on this page. In the payment reference, include your full name and booking reference number (from your booking confirmation email). Allow 1–2 business days for the payment to clear — your booking is confirmed once funds are received. Email us at bookings@cooeetours.com.au once you've transferred so we can watch for it.
Cooee Tours does not currently offer a formal instalment plan. However, multi-day tours use a deposit plus balance system — you pay the deposit at booking and the balance at a later date (typically 60–90 days before departure). This naturally spreads the cost over time. Contact us to discuss options for larger group bookings.
Yes. A GST tax invoice is available on request. Email bookings@cooeetours.com.au with your booking reference and we'll issue a compliant tax invoice within one business day. All prices include GST (10%). Our ABN is 12 345 678 901.
All Cooee Tours prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We only accept payment in AUD. International guests paying by credit card will have the conversion handled by their card issuer at the prevailing exchange rate.
