Your 10-Day Journey
Every day has been designed to balance activity with rest, ancient culture with modern comfort, and guided experience with private time in your villa.
Arrival: Private luxury transfer from Ngurah Rai Airport through Bali's scenic countryside to your jungle villa in Ubud.
Afternoon: Welcome ceremony with flower offerings and a blessing from a Balinese priest. Wellness consultation with your retreat coordinator to personalise your programme.
Evening: Optional gentle restorative yoga. Welcome dinner of organic Balinese cuisine with your retreat group, then early rest to settle into island time.
7 AM: Sunrise Vinyasa yoga overlooking the rice paddies. Nourishing breakfast of tropical fruits, smoothie bowls and fresh juices at your villa.
Mid-morning: Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary — ancient temple ruins amid tropical jungle with playful long-tailed macaques in their natural habitat.
Afternoon: First spa treatment — a 2-hour Balinese Healing Journey including full-body massage, aromatic body scrub and flower bath. Free time at your private pool.
Evening: Sunset Yin yoga and guided meditation. Dinner at villa or nearby organic restaurant.
Morning: Early yoga practice. Private tour to Tegallalang Rice Terraces — walk through the ancient subak irrigation system, photograph the emerald steps and meet local farmers.
Late morning: Tirta Empul Water Temple — a sacred spring water purification ceremony dating back 1,000 years. Optional participation in the ritual blessing.
Afternoon: Organic lunch café overlooking rice fields. Spa: Traditional Boreh warming spice body wrap and deep tissue massage.
Evening: Free time in Ubud town — galleries, artisan markets and a traditional Legong dance performance at the Royal Palace (optional).
Morning: Energising yoga flow. Market visit with your chef — choosing tropical fruits, fresh spices and vegetables from the traditional Ubud market.
Mid-morning: Hands-on Balinese cooking class in a beautiful outdoor kitchen — satay, nasi goreng, gado-gado, sambal and banana leaf-wrapped fish. Eat what you cook for lunch.
Afternoon: Luxury spa: Hot stone massage therapy and aromatherapy facial (90 minutes). Free afternoon to journal, swim or nap.
Evening: Gentle yoga and guided sound bath meditation. Light dinner with herbal wellness teas.
Pre-dawn (optional): Mount Batur summit trek for sunrise — 4 AM start, moderate fitness required, absolutely spectacular caldera views over the lake and clouds below.
OR (non-hikers): Sleep in, gentle morning yoga and leisurely breakfast at the villa.
Late morning (both groups): Natural volcanic hot springs with mountain views — soak tired muscles in therapeutic mineral-rich geothermal water at the foot of the volcano.
Afternoon: Return to villa. Traditional Balinese body scrub and coconut oil massage. Free afternoon for pool, reading and reflection.
Evening: Restorative yoga with singing bowl sound healing and gong bath. Farewell Ubud dinner with live traditional Gamelan music.
Morning: Final Ubud yoga session. Healthy breakfast. Gratitude checkout ceremony at your jungle villa.
Mid-morning: Scenic 90-minute transfer to Seminyak. En route stop at Tanah Lot — Bali's most photographed sea temple, perched on a dramatic offshore rock formation.
Afternoon: Check into your beachfront Seminyak villa. Lunch with ocean views. Beach walk or private pool swim.
Late afternoon: Beachside spa: Balinese massage in an open-air pavilion.
Evening: Beach yoga at sunset. Fresh seafood dinner at a beachfront restaurant.
6:30 AM: Beach yoga at sunrise with the sound of waves. Fresh tropical breakfast at your villa.
Mid-morning: Free beach time — swimming, paddleboarding, walking or simply lying on the sand with a book.
Afternoon: 2-hour Ocean Ritual spa — sea salt body scrub, seaweed wrap, scalp massage and deep relaxation with warm coconut oil.
Late afternoon: Explore Seminyak's boutique shops, art galleries and fashion stores — Bali's most sophisticated shopping strip.
Evening: Sunset meditation on the beach. Dinner at a renowned Seminyak restaurant.
Morning: Energising Vinyasa flow. Breakfast. Free morning — optional surf lesson at Seminyak or Kuta beach.
Afternoon: Private tour south to Uluwatu — a Hindu sea temple perched 70 metres above the crashing waves on Bali's southern cliff face. Temple walk with guide.
Sunset: Traditional Kecak Fire Dance performed in the clifftop amphitheatre at Uluwatu as the sun sinks into the Indian Ocean — one of Bali's most electric experiences.
Evening: Fresh seafood dinner grilled beachside at the famous Jimbaran Bay fish restaurants.
Morning: Gentle gratitude yoga practice and celebration breakfast reviewing your wellness journey.
Mid-morning: The Paradise Ritual — your comprehensive 2.5-hour final spa experience combining full-body massage, reflexology, hair cream bath, facial and a flower petal bath.
Afternoon: Free time — beach, shopping, beach club visit or final pool relaxation at your villa.
Evening: Farewell beach bonfire ceremony with traditional blessing. Celebration dinner with your favourite dishes from the week, followed by a gift of your take-home wellness kit.
6 AM (optional): Final sunrise yoga on the beach or at your villa.

Bali is a year-round destination, but timing your retreat to the seasons makes a meaningful difference to the experience.
