Why This Package?
Paris for Couples Who Want
More Than a Holiday
Every couple who comes to Paris hopes for magic. We arrange the specific moments that actually deliver it — not just the postcard, but the experience behind it.
A private table at Le Jules Verne on the second floor — Michelin-starred cuisine, champagne service, the sun setting over the city below, then the tower's 10 PM light show from inside it. This is not a box-ticked attraction. It is the most romantic dinner on earth.
Not a selfie at the tourist barrier, but a 2-hour session with a professional Paris-based photographer who knows the private courtyards, the unobstructed tower angles and the light at specific hours. 50+ edited digital images delivered.
Not a shop in Paris, not a hotel minibar. A full-day private trip to the cellars where the méthode champenoise was invented — underground chalk caves, vintage tastings, vineyard lunch and a bottle of your favourite to bring home.
Fresh flowers in your room each morning, chocolates, handwritten notes, a violinist serenade arrangement. We ask what matters to you and arrange it. Not a voucher for a discount experience — real thought, real moments.

Day by Day
Your 7-Day Paris Romance Itinerary
Every day planned with intention — no wasted mornings, no generic tourist circuits, no rushed museum visits. Just Paris, done beautifully.
Afternoon: Private car transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to your boutique hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Check into your suite — champagne on ice, rose petals, a handwritten welcome note and your personalised Paris itinerary. The most important first hour of any Paris trip is the one where nothing is rushed.
Evening: Leisurely orientation walk with your concierge through the neighbourhood — the literary cafés of Boulevard Saint-Germain, the antique booksellers, the hidden courtyard gardens. Dinner reservation at a neighbourhood bistro chosen for quality, not location. Paris begins as it should: slowly and without a to-do list.
Morning: Leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Free morning — stroll along the Seine, browse the bouquinistes' second-hand bookstalls, linger over a café crème at a pavement table. Paris doesn't reward hurry.
Afternoon: Private guided walk through Le Marais district — the Place des Vosges (Paris's oldest planned square, dating from 1612), the Jewish quarter with its falafel and galleries, the Picasso Museum and the beautiful Hôtel de Sens. Visit Notre-Dame Cathedral's exterior and Sainte-Chapelle's extraordinary Gothic stained glass — 15 panels of biblical scenes in an interior that is arguably the single most beautiful room in France.
Evening: Private table at Le Jules Verne on the Eiffel Tower's second floor. Watch the sun set over Paris — the city turning gold beneath you — while a sommelier pairs champagne with a Michelin-starred menu. Then: remain as the tower's sparkling light show erupts at 10 PM, visible in every direction from inside the structure itself. The evening that makes people understand why they came.
Morning: Private car to the Palace of Versailles — 20km southwest of Paris, the greatest royal palace in the world and the physical embodiment of absolute monarchy. VIP skip-the-line access with an expert guide for a 3-hour tour of the State Apartments, the breathtaking Hall of Mirrors (250 metres of gilded arches and crystal chandeliers), the King's Private Chambers and the extraordinary Royal Opera House.
Afternoon: A picnic lunch in the grounds of Marie Antoinette's Petit Trianon — the private estate she retreated to from the formality of the main palace. The Petit Trianon's gardens are among the most romantic in Europe: deliberately natural, theatrical and intimate compared to the formal geometry of the main parterre. Spend the afternoon wandering the estate's hidden groves, the Temple of Love above its ornamental lake, and the Hamlet — Marie Antoinette's extraordinary private village where she played at rural simplicity.
Evening: Return to Paris by private car. Free evening — rooftop drinks at the hotel or a relaxed dinner in the neighbourhood.
Full Day: Private car and specialist guide 90 minutes northeast of Paris into the Champagne region. France's most prestigious wine appellation — the 35,000 hectares of chalk hillsides, limestone cellars and pinot noir vines that produce the world's defining celebratory drink. Visit two prestigious Champagne houses chosen for character and quality: extensive underground cellars carved from chalk where millions of bottles age in the dark, and learn the méthode champenoise from riddling to disgorgement. Taste through vintages and cuvées with explanation of the house style.
Lunch: Gourmet lunch at a family-run vineyard estate — champagne pairings with each course, regional specialties and the kind of unhurried table that only exists outside the city.
Afternoon: A second, smaller boutique producer for a more personal tasting. Then to Reims — the city where the Kings of France were crowned for 1,000 years — to see the extraordinary Gothic cathedral that Monet painted 26 times in its changing light.
Return: Private car back to Paris with a bottle of your favourite champagne to enjoy later.
Morning: Private 2-hour early-access tour of the Louvre before the crowds arrive — the largest art museum on earth, the only way to see it well is without 35,000 other people in the room simultaneously. Your expert art historian unlocks the Mona Lisa (why it's smaller than expected and why it's the most famous painting in the world), the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory, and the French royal apartments that most visitors walk past. The Louvre before the crowds is a completely different building.
Afternoon: Your 2-hour professional couples photo session with your Paris-based photographer. Three to four locations chosen for the quality of light, the privacy of angle, and the beauty of the backdrop: the Eiffel Tower from the private angles the photographer has found, the hidden courtyards of the Palais-Royal, the Seine embankments at the angle that removes the tourists, the charming lanes of Le Marais. Fifty professionally edited high-resolution images delivered within two weeks.
Evening: Classic Parisian brasserie dinner in Saint-Germain — the kind of evening that requires no planning or ambition, just exceptional food, good wine and each other.
Morning: Free morning — final Champs-Élysées shopping, a spa treatment (we can arrange), or simply a slow morning at a café with the newspapers. Some of the best mornings in Paris involve doing almost nothing.
Afternoon: Guided walking tour of Montmartre — the hilltop village above Paris where Picasso, Modigliani, Toulouse-Lautrec and Utrillo lived and worked in the early 20th century. The artists' square Place du Tertre, where portrait painters still set up; the Sacré-Cœur Basilica with its panoramic view of the entire city; the hidden vineyard (one of the last in Paris); the "I Love You" wall with "je t'aime" written in 250 languages; and the Amélie Café from the 2001 film. Montmartre is the neighbourhood Paris keeps for itself.
Evening: Intimate Seine River dinner cruise departing from Pont Neuf. A four-course gourmet menu with wine pairings, served at a private table while the illuminated city drifts past — Notre-Dame, the Musée d'Orsay, the Grand Palais, the Pont Alexandre III, the Eiffel Tower reflected in the river. Live acoustic music and dancing on the upper deck under the Parisian sky. The evening that makes people propose, and the evening that most already-married couples say they will never forget.
Morning: Final leisurely breakfast at the hotel — the one where you linger because the croissants are good and leaving feels too soon. Optional last walk through Luxembourg Gardens (the most beautiful park in Paris, beloved by the writers and students of the Latin Quarter) or a visit to the Musée Rodin to see The Kiss and The Thinker in the garden that surrounds the sculptor's former house.
Afternoon: Private car to Charles de Gaulle Airport — with two weeks' worth of memories, 50+ professional photographs and a personalized Paris photo book waiting for you at home. Your farewell gift: a handwritten recipe card for French crêpes, so you can recreate at least one small part of the week on a Sunday morning back in Australia.

Love Stories from Our Couples
What Couples Say About Paris with Cooee
From the people who have trusted us with their most precious moments.
"This was our honeymoon and it exceeded every expectation. The Eiffel Tower dinner was the evening of our lives — the sun setting over Paris while Michelin-starred food arrived, and then the tower sparkling all around us at ten. We've never felt more in love or more grateful that someone had arranged the evening so we could simply be in it."
"For our 25th anniversary, this package was everything we'd hoped for and more. The Champagne tour was a revelation — we had no idea what went into making champagne until we were in those chalk cellars with someone explaining it properly. We came home with three bottles and a completely different understanding of what we'd been drinking for 25 years."
"I proposed during the Seine River cruise. The photographer we'd used that afternoon had told us a good angle for photos and then — without my knowing — contacted the cruise to arrange a discrete signal. She was watching from the embankment as we passed. She captured the moment. Emma said yes. Cooee organised all of it without Emma having any idea. I have no words for how grateful I am."
